Projetado de fora para dentro e integrando cuidadosamente a arquitetura com a vegetação envolvente, este foi o primeiro passo para o início do projeto.A residência foi desenvolvida acomodando os espaços livres deixados pelas árvores e envolvendo-os para torná-los parte dos espaços propostos.Um terraço pensado para criar uma ligação de convívio no ar e abraçar a serenidade da vegetação. Topografia irregular da parte alta do terreno para aproveitar as incríveis vistas da região de Garopaba.Linhas limpas, formas simples, atemporais.Ar, espaço e luz, as três essências do luxo neste projeto.
